Todd F. Braunstein

Todd F. Braunstein is a counsel in the Investigations & Criminal Litigation practice group at the law firm WilmerHale, LLP. As a former federal prosecutor, he has years of experience in all phases of the investigative process, on both the government and the defense side.

Ronald Daitz

Ronald F. Daitz retired from the Weil Gotshal in 2010. He was a senior partner in Weil’s New York office, created and was the first head of the Firm’s Banking & Finance practice, and was a member of the Firm’s Management Committee.

Stephen R. Greenwald

Mr. Greenwald is Immediate Past President of both the American Association of Jewish Lawyers and Jurists and also Metropolitan College of New York

Alan Gura

Named among the 100 Most Influential Lawyers in America by the National Law Journal in 2013, Alan Gura has argued and won landmark constitutional cases before the United States Supreme Court. Gura handles appeals in federal courts throughout the country. He also brings impact litigation in the trial courts, typically focusing on constitutional questions. Gura lectures and debates at law schools and continuing legal education seminars about legal issues of current interest, and teaches strategic litigation as an adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University.

Jordan Hirsch

Jordan Hirsch is a Senior Fellow in the Technology, Security, and Global Affairs Program at the Robert Strauss Center for International Security and Law. Previously, he practiced law at Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C. Jordan began his career in journalism, serving as a Robert L. Bartley Fellow at the Wall Street Journal and an editor at Foreign Affairs. Jordan graduated from Columbia University and Yale Law School.

Nathan Lewin

Nathan Lewin is a cofounder and partner in Lewin & Lewin, LLP, where he engages in trial and appellate litigation in federal and state courts. Mr. Lewin has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since its first editions and was included in “Washington’s Best 75 Lawyers” in the April 2002 Washingtonian magazine.

Joel H. Siegal

Joel H. Siegal is a founding partner of Siegal and Richardson, LLP. For more than thirty five years Joel has represented people who don’t often have the resources to take on the big powerful institutions in our society such as corporations, universities, insurance companies and governments.

Julie Strauss Levin

Julie Strauss Levin is an attorney who has worked in the for-profit and non-profit worlds. Julie has been appointed to two Presidential Commissions, as well as the Virginia Commission to Combat Antisemitism, the Commonwealth’s Virginia Israel Advisory Board, and she also sits on non-profit Boards.

Jonathan A. Vogel

Mr. Vogel has over 25 years of legal experience, including in the nation’s capital where he worked at the U.S. Department of Education as the Deputy General Counsel for Postsecondary and Regulatory Services, at the U.S. Department of Justice as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, and as Counsel to the Judiciary Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Jesse Witten

Jesse Witten is a partner in Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, where his practice focuses on health care fraud and abuse matters, including defending government investigations and False Claims Act litigation, compliance advisory work, and internal investigations.
