Hate crimes against Jews and other groups have surged recently, including assaults, harassment of college students, threats to JCC’s, and cemetery vandalism. Several groups, including The Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, are fighting back with education, legislation, and litigation. Kenneth L. Marcus, founder and president of the Louis D.
