Prof. Alexander Tsesis at Penn Law, on “Terrorism, the Internet and the First Amendment”

On Wednesday, February 10, the University of Pennsylvania LDB Chapter will host Professor Alexander Tsesis, to speak on the topic of “Terrorism, the Internet and the First Amendment.” Tsesis, a professor at the Loyola University, Chicago, School of Law, is an expert in Constitutional Law, the First Amendment, Civil Procedure, and civil rights issues and constitutional interpretation; a widely published author whose articles have appeared in a variety of law reviews across the country; and a frequent presenter to law school faculties nationwide on issues involving constitutional law, free speech, and civil rights.
