On Friday, the UC Irvine Office of Student Conduct announced that it had concluded a three-month investigation into an aggressive and disruptive incident on the UCI campus last May.

Yesterday, the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law (LDB) urged the University of Tennessee – Knoxville (UTK) Chancellor Jimmy Cheek to condemn recently reported anti-Semitic social media postings by current and former University of Tennessee – Knoxville students, demonstrating a long-standing problem on the UTK campus.

Yesterday, The Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law (LDB) submitted a statement to several federal agencies as part of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) Civil Society Consultation process, urging officials to more effectively address campus anti-Semitism.

Today, the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law (“LDB”) praises St. Louis University (“SLU”), for rejecting retaliatory charges brought against two Jewish students by an anti-Israel activist.

Hillel International, Hillel of Orange County and the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law (LDB) wrote this week to University of California – Irvine (UCI) Chancellor Howard Gillman urging a strong response to the physical intimidation of a Jewish student, Eliana Kopley and the campus climate of intimidation aimed at Jewish and Pro-Israel students.

Today, The Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law (LDB) commended Portland State University President Wim Wiewel for issuing an excellent statement condemning a proposed student Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) resolution. LDB is a national non-profit, civil rights legal advocacy organization, best known for its work fighting anti-Semitism in higher education. 

A number of academic professional organizations have passed or are considering anti-Israel resolutions connected with the boycott, divestment and sanctions efforts against Israel.

Yesterday, the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law (LDB) issued a letter to UC Irvine Chancellor Howard Gilman, addressing an aggressive protest that occurred on the campus last week. LDB, a national civil rights organization, is best known for its work fighting anti-Semitism in higher education.
