The Brandeis Center leads training sessions designed for university administrators responsible for campus climate concerns. Courses include details on Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, examples of harassment and discrimination of Jewish students covered by Title VI, universities’ obligations to record and respond to student complaints of bias and harassment, best practices and procedures for doing so, and guidance on how to protect students from harassment and discrimination without violating the First Amendment.
