The Brandeis Center and ADL filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights against Pomona College – for permitting severe discrimination and harassment of Jewish students in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Arnold & Porter joined the Brandeis Center and ADL in the filing.
