January 1, 1970 The Louis D. Brandeis Center, Inc. Files Friend of the Court Brief In Support of Arkansas’ Anti-BDS Legislation. On June 6, 2019, the Brandeis Center filed an amicus brief urging the Court of Appeals to affirm the District Court’s decision in favor of the Arkansas anti-BDS law.
